Detailed itinerary: 8 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, Our guide will pick you up at your hotel and start the trip to Kibale national park. Prepare to photograph Uganda’s lovely and lush countryside along the road as you begin your Uganda safari. Lunch will be in Fort Portal town, followed by a tour of the town and the Tooro Kingdom historical headquarters. Though small, Fort Portal is in a region with ideal weather that has produced lovely scenery. The town stays green all year. Dinner and sleep at Kyaninga Lodge (Luxury), Primates lodge (Luxury and Midrange), and Chimpanzee Guest House (Budget).

Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking and nature walk along the Bigodi Swamp

Following early breakfast, you will depart for briefing from the Kibale National Park administration on the rules and guidelines for tracking chimpanzees. Day 4: Second game drive and boat cruise

Day 6: Mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi – Visit to the Batwa Pygmies

Before leaving for the park offices for briefing at 7:00 am, you will have your breakfast quite early.
